The Yellow Pine Reading Series
Organized by Boulder writer (and Wild Sage resident) Ellen Orleans, the Yellow Pine Reading Series mixes town and gown, regional and visiting, and experienced and emerging writers. Poets, memoirists, essayists, fiction writers, and those who blur definitions share the stage in this eclectic series.
Each reading offers a loose theme, oblations for the word gods (which morph into party favors for the audience) and unpredictable refreshments. Readings are free and open to the public. Donations accepted.
Note: Yellow Pine readings often contain sophisticated language and themes that may not be suitable for young children and narrow-minded adults.
